01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ExclusivePartner investor portal at exclusivepartner.quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the portal.

02 Eligibility

To use the ExclusivePartner portal, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using investment services under applicable law
• Have been personally invited by an existing member or the ExclusivePartner team

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

03 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Keeping your contact and bank details up to date

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not create accounts on behalf of other individuals without their explicit consent.

04 Use of the Portal

The ExclusivePartner portal is provided exclusively for managing your investment account, viewing returns, submitting fund requests, and accessing referral information. You agree to use it only for these intended purposes.

You must not attempt to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the portal's code
• Circumvent any security or authentication mechanisms
• Access other members' accounts or data
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the portal

05 Investment Terms

All investments through ExclusivePartner are subject to the separate Investment Agreement. Key points include:

• Minimum investment: LKR 10,000
• Profits are calculated and paid every Monday
• A 30% bonus is applied to your effective investment amount
• Returns are based on the agreed monthly interest rate
• Fund requests require proof of payment and admin approval

06 Referral Program

Members may refer new investors using their unique referral link. Referral commissions are calculated based on the referred investor's deposit and are subject to the current commission structure.

• Referral rewards are credited after the referred member's deposit is approved
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
• ExclusivePartner reserves the right to modify the referral program at any time

07 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or fund requests
• Submitting fraudulent payment proofs
• Attempting to manipulate your investment balance or profit calculations
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using the portal for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ExclusivePartner staff or other members

08 Termination

ExclusivePartner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that harms other members or the platform.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us. Outstanding balances will be settled according to the Investment Agreement terms before closure is processed.

09 Disclaimers

The ExclusivePartner portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the portal will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Technical outages or downtime
• Unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your credentials
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
• Changes in market conditions affecting investment returns

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExclusivePartner's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the portal shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email or portal notification. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
